We have a private residents with a Bar, 3 Play Rooms, walk in shower, large tubs and more. Our new location is located in a custom home very spacious and ready to host monthly events.

Come enjoy our social wine and cheese room with a self playing piano.

All parties are BYOB. 

Our topless bar tender will take care of all your drinking needs

We will supply mixers, soda and water.

We will also have a nice food spread at each event.

Please bring your own towels for the showers and tubs

Our rules are very simple

1. Come open minded

2. Respect other

3. No means No (Don't get offended)

4. Respect the house and pick up after yourself.

(Used condoms in the trash please)

5. Have your own play rules established with your partner before arriving.

Doors open at 9pm - Party Starts to shut down at 2am ( If playing is going on don't worry we will stay open)
