About The FRIENDS Club:

- The FRIENDS Club provides the options of Provisional, One Night & Weekend Memberships ... as well as Annual Memberships and a LIMITED NUMBER of Lifetime Memberships.

The FRIENDS Club does NOT provide, store, distribute, or serve Alcohol in ANY form at ANY time for ANY reason to ANY person, persons, group, or entity.

- Bartender duties are filled by a VOLUNTEER Set-Up Bar Assistant and include: Unlimited BASIC Set-ups / Supplies (Ice, Citrus, Glassware, Bottle Openers/Corkscrews, Ice Buckets, Soda, Tonic, & Soft Drinks) FREE OF CHARGE.

~Energy Drinks, Juices, & Bottled Water available for purchase at VERY REASONABLE prices

- For OUT-OF-STATE VISITORS, please keep in mind that Texas Law dictates Liquor Sales End at 9pm in The Lone star State, and that Beer and Wine Sales end shortly after. Should you wish to bring an Adult Beverage to The FRIENDS Club , we urge you to plan accordingly.

- You choice of Cooler, Tote Bag, or other Method of Organizing and Maintaining your beverages is open to your discretion, though we STRONGLY encourage you to keep in mind that The FRIENDS Club is an UPSCALE VENUE, and we reserve the right to disallow entry if we feel that status would be inhibited by your choice.

- Your choice of refreshment is only limited to beverages which are Legal to obtain, own, and consume in The State of Texas.

The FRIENDS Clubis a PRIVATE Social Club comprised of Members who provide an ADMITTED AND DOCUMENTED Adventurous and Playful Attitude and Ideology regarding Sex, Sexuality, and the POTENTIAL Open Display and Viewing of such activities in a PRIVATE SETTING.

- The FRIENDS Club ALLOWS (NOT requires), Members to wear as little as a G-String throughout "The Defined Body Of The Club," and furthermore does NOT monitor all areas of the club in regards to minimal attire.

- The FRIENDS Club is NOT a Nudist Free For All and Noticeable Play is NOT allowed in "The Defined Body Of The Club."

- The comfort of our NEWEST MEMBERS is held in the HIGHEST regard, and we strive to help EVERYONE feel Welcome and Comfortable on their visit to The FRIENDS Club .

The FRIENDS Club has (and ENFORCES) a Dress Code and Hygiene Code for All Events.

- Strong Body Odor or a General Lack of Acceptable Hygiene present on any person attending is sufficient reason to be denied entry, or asked to leave.

- Noting that a segment of Potential Members may be initially intimidated by The FRIENDS Club PREFERRED ATTIRE (Long Sleeved, Full Length, Button-Down Shirts, Slacks, and Dress Shoes for Gentlemen, and Ladies being comparably Sharp, Stylish and Well Defined), the MINIMUM Accepted Level of our Dress Code is as follows:

- ASIDE FROM COSTUMES AND THEMES; GENTLEMEN MUST wear Solid Color Shoes, and Full Length Pants with a Collared Shirt (either tucked or untucked), AND THEY MUST REMAIN IN THIS ATTIRE UNTIL 1am if they are occupying and/or enjoying "The Defined Body Of the Club."

~ Baseball Caps, Visors, and/or Sports Caps (as defined by The FRIENDS Club ), and Toboggans are NOT allowed for Gentlemen.

~ Shorts of any Style, Length, or Brand are NOT allowed for Gentlemen.

~ Kilts ARE allowed for Gentlemen.

~ Cowboy Hats, Gatsby Hats, and Fedoras are tolerated on Gentlemen.

~ Dark, Properly Worn, and Presentable Denim Jeans are allowed for Genltemen.

~ ACCENTUATING ATTIRE DEFINED AS "FETISH ATTIRE" (Vests, Chaps, ???, etc.) IS NOT ALLOWED TO BE USED FOR GENTLEMEN TO CIRCUMVENT THE DRESS CODE, HOWEVER "FULL ON" FETISH ATTIRE MAY BE ALLOWED IF DISCUSSED AND/OR APPROVED BEFORE ARRIVAL.

- Aside from COSTUMES and THEMES, LADIES are NOT allowed to wear attire more befitting of Cleaning the House, visiting a Gym, or "Hanging Out" at The Lake or a Beach.

- Ladies are prohibited from wearing Flip-Flops until 1am.

Gang Associated Attire and/or Motorcycle Club Associated "Colors" and/or Racist, and/or Otherwise Offensive Attire is NOT allowed by any Member and will be determined by Door Staff without debate or discussion.

For an estimate on our average breakdown by race we suggest observing any popular location in Austin for an hour or 2 and noting the overall average representation.

2). The FRIENDS Club does not serve alcohol in any way, shape or form.

*We share this for your convenience as out of state visitors may be unfamiliar with Texas Law, and not understand they need to purchase alcohol before liquor stores close, or other outlets stop selling beer or wine for the night.

*Basic Set-ups, Citrus, Glassware, Cocktail Napkins, Corkscrews, Bottle Openers, and Ice are provided FREE OF CHARGE.

*Premium Set-ups (Energy Drinks, Juices, and Bottled Water) can be purchased for a reasonable fee.

*Members are allowed to bring in whatever beverage is most appealing to them, and we have a number of ice buckets, as well as a Bartender on duty.

3). The FRIENDS Club is a PRIVATE Social Club made up of Members that have an Adventurous and Playful Attitude in regards to Sex, Sexuality, and the Open Display of such activity in a private setting. We therefore allow (WE DO NOT REQUIRE) Members to wear as little as a G-String throughout the body of the club, and do not monitor other areas of the club in regards to required minimal attire.

* The FRIENDS Club is NOT a Nudist Free For All, and "Noticeable Play" is NOT allowed anywhere and everywhere. There are a LOT of new faces that come in weekly, and we want EVERYONE to feel welcome and comfortable, so we enforce the G-String Rule in the downstairs area that is in full view of all Members.

*There is a time and place for everything, and our ruling asserts that until 1am it is not the right time for Gentlemen to lose articles of clothing in the body of the club. Your collared shirt MUST remain on (though it may be unbuttoned) until 1am if you are in full view of all Members.
