PERMANENTLY CLOSED Due to Texas Comptroller We want to Thank Everyone for coming to TMZ & Enjoying what we brought to Houston. We had a GREAT 12 Year Run. Texas Comptroller has decided that Swingers Clubs are considered a Sexually Oriented Business. Under that Ruling we could NOT continue staying OPEN & giving the lifestyle an on premise social club. As of September 22, 2018 we had to CLOSE our doors. Things will be changing in the entire state of Texas when it comes to what can be allowed in Swingers Clubs.
