Kasidie’s is our exclusive partner for communication with our members regarding events and activities. We do not have a web site or other email address so all of our information is right here on Kasidies. Kara Terra is located west of Ash Fork AZ and north of historic Route 66.
After many years of planning Gary and Donna are excited to receive more visitors, volunteers and paid workers. Our over 20 acre property shall be maintained as natural as possible to preserve our mother Earth. In order to keep vehicles at a minimum we are currently accepting a limited number of guests for camping. In the future we plan to make Kara Terra available for events for lifestyle, BDSM, cannabis, nudist, yoga, and tantra sensual gatherings. There are many scenic photo opportunities from distant vistas, vintage trees, volcanic rocks to sun filled meadows.

Visitor Information -
Maximum visitor capacity at this time maybe limited. Let us know how many people in your group to determine availability.
There is no fee or donation requested to visit and camp at this time except during events.
Enter At Your Own Risk - This is our home and you are welcome however you assume all personal and material risks upon entering our property or completing any financial transaction. Owners and associates are not responsible for ANY LOSS.
ACCESS - The 3.5 mile unpaved primitive, unmaintained road from Route 66 to Kara Terra is rough in some sections but does not required 4 wheel drive. A high ground clearance is strongly suggested. Approximate total length of the rough sections is about .5 mile. Many sections are smooth dirt that maybe slippery after a big rain. If you are concerned about your vehicle please send us a photo to verify that your vehicle has the ability to drive the road safely.
You must provide your own water (except for our outside shower), sanitation and power. Water and electricity may be available for limited emergency use only.
Cell phone service is available from AT&T, Verizon and T-Mobile. Other carriers have not been confirmed. WiFi is available for emergencies only.
Responsible alcohol consumption and cannabis use is allowed everywhere.
All visitors are required to sign a Waiver of Liability.
All visitors will be met and lead from I40 / Route 66 to Kara Terra without exception. We will attempt to coordinate meet up times with reserved guests.
Maps will be sent with your visitation confirmation along with our address and tel/text numbers.
Well behaved pets are allowed and must be managed or leashed. Dogs barking for over 5 minutes may be asked to leave.
Motorized vehicles must remain parked during your visit. No driving around.
Kara Terra, Gary and Donna reserves the right to ask any visitor(s) to vacate the property at anytime.
Remember these basics… no means no, sexual encores with other is not guaranteed.

Small Pool: This will be a cool above ground pool with a conversation bar surround. All water will be hauled in for this pool.

Employment Opportunities -
We are looking for one to three people to work on projects anytime depending on your schedule. You would need a tent, van camper or small RV and be fully self-contained. People will be accepted to work based on their availability and skill level to perform construction tasks. Your rate of pay will be from $20 to $30 per hour paid in cash. Projects include a 20' x 25' covered patio with deck and rainwater capture, hot tub creation, partial in ground greenhouse and shed construction work. We always work nakid weather permitting.
Volunteer Opportunities -
We will be starting projects again this spring around late April. This summer we are still wanting more “happiness improvements” completed to improve your camping and lifestyle experience.
Would you like to come visit and lend a hand while placing your personal energy into a new natural location? Assistance is needed to maintain the walking trails, clear rocks and small trees for RV spaces, gardening, install points of sensual interest, labyrinth construction, prepare the ground for the massage tent, and to build tables and benches. Larger projects, with some pay, are also happening so let us know and remember all work may be done nakid!

What’s in this for you? All meals, snacks and beverages (with the exception of alcohol) will be provided by Kara Terra along with free future camping space to just come and relax.
Event Cancellation Policy -
We will invoice attendees by PayPal for your fee to attend. Refunds will be given up to 10 days before the start of an event minus a 20% re-marketing fee. For cancellations after 10 days before the event a refund may be possible minus a 50% fee. Please contact us if you need to cancel to receive the most fair treatment possible.
